Anastacia was born on September 12, 2003 via emergency c-section. Unfortunately grams had a fall while visiting me and she is still in the hospital, looks like she will be getting out tomorrow. I will give more updates.

It's a baby shower!

 We didn't do things in order, when it comes to first come love, then comes marriage, but it's okay! Today's post will be a picture dump of the baby shower. It was very small and intimate. My sister and law put it all together and she make everything so pretty. I loved all the balloons and all the thought out detail.

Being Pregnant

 Second kid not quite outnumbered but still scary. Anastacia or Annie is coming soon and I just want her to be a happy kid. As a parent, I'm going to be a better one than mine were to me because mine wasn't there. My dad died when I was eight, and my mom was a drug addict but died clean in 2004. My mom never came looking for me, so I'm already a great mom compared to that.

I promise, never to leave my kids, and I promise to do everything in my power to make you feel alone. I promise to hug and kiss you and make it normal to say I love you every day. I promise to be a tickle monster and make you laugh whenever I can. I promise to make books important and make learning fun.

I can't make any more promises because I have a bad memory and if I don't remember it kinda classifies as a broken promise. The promises that I promised don't even need remembering, because I'm sure it will come naturally.

Botanical Garden at the Bridgeport Zoo

My sister and law treated Luke and me to a visit to the Bridgeport Zoo. That was super nice of her to do that, my goodness!

 I've never been to this zoo before, and I had no clue there was a botanical garden in it. This post has a bunch of pictures of our time inside the botanical garden.

Aeropostale Order Came!

 There were two things I needed for a while, which were a wallet and a purse. This is the style I was looking for and I found it at Aeropostale. I like it because it's washable, and with kids, you need stuff that is washable.

 The second time around, this is what I'm trying out for new baby.

 With Luke, honestly, I had the cheapest bottles I could find and they worked. It was whatever I could afford at the time. This time around I am blessed to kinda upgrade.
